Editorial method

ForesightLoop uses a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approach — an AI method that queries authoritative public databases to ground every analysis in a primary source record. All editorial content is reviewed under human supervision before publication.

Privacy (PIPEDA)

This site sets no cookies, embeds no advertising or analytics trackers, and loads no third-party resources.

What is collected. Personal information is processed only where it is submitted voluntarily — by email, or through the Founding Circle application form. That form collects full name, work email, company, job title and, optionally, a Business Number. It is stored in a private database and used solely to make contact about the Founding Circle and to determine which edition matches the applicant's profession. It is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Rights. Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), access, correction and withdrawal of consent may be requested at privacy@foresightloop.ca.

Commercial electronic messages (CASL)

Commercial electronic messages are sent only with consent or under a permitted exemption, always with a working unsubscribe mechanism, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.

Sales tax (GST/HST)

Subscriptions are sold to businesses only. There is no online checkout: each subscription is invoiced directly by 15953456 Canada Inc., and a Canadian Business Number is required before an invoice is issued.

No GST/HST is charged today, and no registration number appears on an invoice, because none has been issued. 15953456 Canada Inc. is below the small-supplier threshold in the Excise Tax Act and is accordingly neither registered for GST/HST nor required to register. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and no sales tax is added to them.

Should that threshold be crossed, registration follows, and from the effective date of registration GST/HST — with provincial sales tax where it applies — is charged at the rate applicable to the subscriber's province, shown as a separate line on the invoice, and accompanied by the registration number. This section is amended on that date.

Intellectual property

All content published on this site is protected by intellectual-property law. "ForesightLoop" is the subject of trademark filings.

Public data attribution

Analyses drawing on Canadian open data are used under the licence set by each publisher, and carry the attribution statement that licence requires alongside the analysis concerned. The method page sets out the sourcing process in full.
